A full day, with me, the whole team in one room. We work on your own products and problems, not generic examples. Live and hands-on all the way. You leave the day with things that work, not notes you never open again.

01 A shared AI base setup Morning

We put the whole team on the same foundation: which tools you should have open every day as product people, how to set them up properly, and why those ones. No more everyone guessing on their own.
02 Discovery with AI on a problem of your own Hands-on

The team takes a real problem from your own roadmap and runs it through an AI-driven discovery process. From raw idea to testable hypotheses on your actual product, not a toy example.
03 Build an internal tool without code Hands-on

We build an internal tool for the team with Claude Code, without anyone needing to code. The team goes from "we can't do that" to "we just built it", in under an hour.
04 Workflows that stick PRDs · research · stakeholders

The routines and prompts I use myself every day for PRDs, research and stakeholder communication. The team takes the templates along, fitted to your own processes and terminology.
05 How you roll it out Afternoon

How AI becomes part of the way the team works, not just something you tried for a day. We make a concrete plan for the weeks after, so the momentum doesn't vanish on Monday morning.

Which language is the day in?

Danish. The teaching, the exercises and the conversation in the room all run in Danish. This page is in English so you can read it before you book.

How many can join?

Typically 6–20. We fit the day to the size and make-up of the team.

In person or online?

Both. At your place is better for the energy and the shared focus; online works fine if the team is spread out.

Does the team need to be able to code?

No. The day is for product people: product leads, designers and product owners. We build without code.

Can you tailor it to our product and stack?

Yes. We work on your own problems all day, so it lands in your context, not in generic examples.

What does it cost?
